Marshall Realty & Associates, the Franklin County based real estate brokerage co-owned by Brick Marshall and Craig Garrow, is pleased to announce the merger of Backus Real Estate, expanding its footprint into the Chateaugay market and surrounding communities.
Backus Real Estate, a cornerstone of the Chateaugay real estate market for more than 15 years, will transition to Marshall Realty & Associates, operating as Marshall Realty & Associates — The Backus Team. Matt Backus, a respected figure in the North Country real estate community, will be retaining his NYS Real Estate Broker's license and will be serving a select group of private clients while also continuing to own and operate Backus Storage Company in the Chateaugay and surrounding areas.
